A person with a verified photo can show their Digital iD™ to prove who they are, face-to-face. They can also use Keypass in Digital iD™ as proof of age to enter licensed venues and purchase alcohol in Vic, Tas, Qld, ACT, and NT (excluding takeaway alcohol in NT).

Scanning the QR code is the safest way to verify that it’s a genuine Keypass in Digital iD™.

There are two different ways you can scan:

  • Use a scanning machine.
  • Use a phone or tablet with the Digital iD™ app.
